Art House is now working with a new road map that emerged from the strategic plan process (much thanks to Carol Murphy) conducted during the first part of 2017. This also included an exciting campus expansion component developed by the KSU Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative.

Urban Bright Arts-in-Education Program, Fall 2017: In conjunction with our budding partnership with Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, we were thrilled to introduce Conservation, Stewardship, and Biomimicry with seven classes in three schools. Students created individual artworks and collaborative murals based on these concepts.

Our second Artist Inventory Challenge brought together a great group of artists from Northeast Ohio to spend time talking, discussing ideas, thinking, and creating work with materials and results often atypical of their normal practice.

Community Culture Night: Natalie Lanese (September 8) and Kasumi (November 11) shared their thought process, ideas, and work. On January 26, Robin Van Lear will be lecturing about her career and work from 7 to 8:30pm. Free, light refreshments included.

Third Annual ABC Chili Cook-Off: Mid-March 2018. Not to be missed! Check out the next round of chili contenders and fun raffle baskets. Potters will once again donate their bowls to the first 100 ticket buyers.
