ZAINA Gallery, an Artist-run venue on the first floor of Cleveland’s 78th Street Studios.

Clay in CLE:  As artists we choose clay as a medium to produce artwork both sculptural and functional. There is a wide range of processes and outcomes that can come from one material of clay, and one shared studio space. We invite you to explore the different approaches we take in clay as expression. The carvings, hand painted decoration, shapes and colors are all reflections of our being. The outcomes of the material are based upon individual preference, direction, and passion. Come explore the work from multiple Cleveland clay artists. We all share the same studio space and materials at BRICK Ceramics Studio, and would love for you to experience the material outcomes of our work.

Selections:  Organized by Nomadic Bookshelf, an independent art bookstore, Selections focuses on the work of emerging photographic artists. Additional programming includes a panel discussion, “Do It Yourself,” Saturday December 31 at 2 pm, with special guests in conversation around arts and activation.

The Map Is Not The Territory:  3-month long site-specific installation/pop-up shop by Abigail Clark and Mike Lombardy.  Both artists use clothing as a medium for edition or one-of-a-kind prints in a temporary space.
