At her sprawling downtown Cleveland art studio, located in the 5th Street Arcades, Sandy Buffie has found her niche.  “As much as I enjoy painting, sculpting and jewelry-making, there is nothing I love more than hosting a group of women who want an evening filled with art, wine, chocolate and laughter,” says Buffie.

 

A highly regarded local artist, Buffie runs 90-minute to two-hour events personalized to the preferences and interests of her clients.  This year alone, she has hosted art-making parties centered in beading, metal stamping, etching, silk sarf painting, wine glass painting, and needle felting, among others. The possibilities are endless!

 

Margy Judd, President of Executive Arrangements, brought her entire staff to a girls night out. “The great thing about an evening with Sandy is that she makes it so much fun, and no artistic ability is required. Some in our group were intimidated by the thought of making art — but by the end of the evening, they’d had such a blast, they didn’t want to leave”, says Judd.

 

Buffie provides all materials, beverages, chocolates and other snacks. And every person leaves with a piece of art made with their own hands. Perfect for special occasions, such as birthdays, bridal showers, team building events or for no specials reason other than a well-deserved night out, Buffie promises great conversation and night of stress-free creativity. She can accommodate small groups (minimum four people per event) or large (up to twenty people) and her spacious, comfortable downtown studio is convenient for East-siders, West-siders and South-siders alike.

 

Prices for a Girls Night Out start at $50 per person, with discounts for groups ten or larger.  Prices include all materials, food and beverage.
