Strengthening Team Morale: Art House Corporate Retreats
Art House Inc., always expanding its range of Studio Go programs, now welcomes Cleveland professionals to participate in corporate art retreats.
Art House believes in the power of art to strengthen team morale and create a more positive work environment. The organization works with companies, large or small, to design custom workshops. Guided by professional artists, employees of all skill levels collaborate to complete projects in ceramics, printmaking, or mixed media. Employees are invited to work in the Art House studio in Brooklyn Centre, or Art House can also bring the studio to you. Art House has most recently hosted workshops for Neundorfer, Moen, and Ernst and Young.
Art House Program Manager Stephanie Kluk worked with Moen’s Damon Lubinsky to develop a program during which the Moen team brought faucets to imprint into areas of their final clay piece. Mr. Lubinksy said of their Studio Go experience, “We enjoyed our time in the studio. think the tile motif fits right in here at Moen, and it was the right choice for a project/team building event.”
Art House projects serve a dual purpose: in addition to encouraging staff bonding and collaboration, projects have been known to enliven company workspaces. For example, with the help of ceramic artist Mark Yasenchack, Neundorfer employees created a soothing mosaic to be displayed and enjoyed in the company’s courtyard for years to come.
