It’s a Fun-Filled Fall at the Morgan Conservatory!

Building on the momentum of our second successful paper-fashion fundraiser, we are excited for our third Dress to IMPRESS from 6 to 10 pm on Saturday, October 3. Welcome to Brave New Worlds, a hyper-stylish and fashion-forward era that embraces multiple and new realities. The world of fashion has consistently served as a mirror to society, reflecting current moods, social movements, and cultural paradigms. In Brave New Worlds, dystopian fashions and the accompanying exhibition will express a profound statement about our current society, inviting us to contemplate the world we live in presently and the world we wish to enter, with a “new possible” stepping forth.

Dress to IMPRESS features a catwalk of dazzling paper ensembles and wearable art, light bites, a photo booth, silent auction, a post-event dance party, and more. Don’t forget to dress your best! Tickets are on sale now at morganconservatory.org/dress-to-impress.

The Morgan Equitable Artist Fund provides 75% scholarships for workshops in papermaking, bookbinding, and printmaking throughout the year. Expanding access for underrepresented artists in Northeast Ohio, MEAF supports artists at all stages of their career through immersive, artist-led learning. Dress to IMPRESS Paper Fashion Show & Fundraiser, 6-10pm Saturday, October 3

Kozo Harvest, 11am-4pm Saturday, November 7 & Sunday, November 8. The harvest provides a free, family-friendly hands-on opportunity to learn the entire process of traditional Eastern papermaking, beginning with the plants themselves.
