I am an artist immersed in eco-docu-photo art and the transformative power of nature as abstract art. I snap pix around this Great Lake Erie in my backyard then enlarge them to perhaps 600%, stack, flip or flop them into (almost) recognizable images. These are printed on large metal panels up to 4ft x 5ft. From afar, you see...what? Bands of color? Rorschach tests? Up close you discover...what? Tiny faces, insects, aliens? It's up to your imagination! I don't add anything. My hope: that NE Ohio, my neighborhood, will embrace their outdoors and my art, as much I embrace them.
