Art by the Falls 2026: A Curated Celebration of Contemporary Craft and Fine Art

Valley Art Center is once again pleased to present Art by the Falls 2026, returning for its 42nd year on June 6 and 7 at the scenic Cleveland Metroparks Polo Field in Chagrin Falls. As one of Northeast Ohio’s premier outdoor fine art and contemporary craft festivals, the event continues to grow in both scale and reputation, offering a unique experience for artists and collectors alike.

This year’s festival will feature more than 160 juried artists from across the country, representing a dynamic range of disciplines including painting, photography, ceramics, glass, jewelry, fiber, wood, and mixed media. Selection into the festival was determined by a distinguished jury of local Northeast Ohio artists, ceramicist PJ Hargraves, painter and mixed media artist Will Wilson, and printmaker Lisa Schonberg, whose combined expertise ensures a high level of artistic excellence and diversity throughout the show.

Set at the expansive Cleveland Metroparks Polo Field, Art by the Falls invites visitors to engage with all types of art in a relaxed yet thoughtfully curated environment. Wide aisles and an expansive layout allow for an easy flow between booths, encouraging meaningful interaction between artists and patrons.

Whether looking to buy new work or simply explore the booths, attendees will discover artists of all mediums from across the country. There is truly something for all art lovers.

Beyond the artwork, the festival offers a full cultural experience for every member of the family. A curated selection of food vendors and trucks, a weekend-long live music lineup including jazz and rock, and gathering spaces create an atmosphere that is both vibrant and welcoming. Valley Art Center will be hosting a tent where visitors can enjoy free demonstrations of pottery, paper making, and more! Families are also invited to participate in the Kids’ Tent, featuring free hands-on art activities and face painting, while visitors of all ages can take advantage of the complimentary trolley service connecting the festival grounds to the shops, restaurants, and iconic waterfalls in downtown Chagrin Falls. Art by the Falls 2026 will take place from 10 am to 7 pm Saturday, June 6, and 10 am to 5 pm Sunday, June 7. Admission is free, with on-site parking available.
