After a long winter, the Tremont neighborhood comes alive in the spring. The cold pushed people inside the second Friday of every month to enjoy monthly art openings in warm venues during Walkabout Tremont, but that changes when warmer weather arrives. Tremont welcomes 2017 with wide range of art, fashion, food, music, outdoor markets, live music, festivals, and church and cultural tours.

Tremont has one of the largest concentrations of artists in Cleveland and their multimedia activities bring in tens of thousands from around the city and region to join in a celebration of the creative lifestyle. Neighborhood artists, residents and businesses collaborate to produce a distinctly rust belt community experience that is a welcoming blend of grit and cool.

TREMONT FARMERS MARKET

One of the largest open-air farmers markets in Cleveland happens in Lincoln Park Tuesday evenings from 4 to 7 p.m. beginning May 2. Expect to find an assortment of local food, ranging from fruits and vegetables to grass-fed beef and prepared foods like homemade pies and vegan treats. Always a lively atmosphere with art and live music.
