Showcase of paintings and prints
When John Martin retired from his business career, he turned full-time to his first love — art. He studied full-time at the Cleveland Institute of Art and in recent years has created at Artful and Zygote Press.
His work has been selected in many juried competitions, including the Artist Archives of the Western Reserve NewNow Show, Fairmount Center for the Arts, Lakeland College May Show, Trumbull Art Gallery, Morgan Conservatory, Beachwood Arts Invitational and others. In addition, his work is in private collections across the country.
His portfolio is mostly figurative within the context of narrative that reflects his everyday life.
