BAYarts Adult Classes Resume

Work created in an Altered Books workshop facilitated by BAYarts’ Artists in Residence Gail Crum, Jill Milenski and Gayle Pritchard.

BAYarts adult programming may have been sidelined for a minute (or year), but it’s back to capacity with the same quality programming and great faculty BAYarts has been known for over generations. Frankly, the virtual option during the pandemic year was not a big hit with BAYarts’ adult students, who prefer the experience of a classroom community and the inspiration of the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks campus, no matter what the season. With a focus on welcoming back adult students, BAYarts Education Director Linda Goik has enlisted returning faculty and added many new faces to the roster. And with the expansion of a new building and classrooms in 2022, the possibilities will be limitless. Ongoing classes in painting, drawing, pastels, and ceramics mix with offerings in fabric art, print making, jewelry, calligraphy, and writing. Create Nights are an option for small groups who would like to make a project from start to finish in a relaxed social setting. For information and to register, please visit bayarts.net.
