The Peer Show and Embargo at CPR

Cleveland Print Room is excited to present our juried exhibition, The Peer Show, judged this year by Lillian Kuri, Cleveland Foundation’s vice president of strategic grantmaking, arts and urban design initiatives, and Jennifer Coleman, Gund Foundation’s senior program officer for the arts. The exhibition, which will award cash prizes in five categories, features works in a variety of photographic media, on display June 8 through July 28.

The Print Room will be closed in August, but will return refreshed in September for EMBARGO, a special exhibition featuring the politically-driven work of four international artists. Joining Alexey Furman, a Ukrainian photojournalist and National Geographic photographer, will be three artists whose work has previously graced our walls through the auspices of the Cleveland Foundation’s Creative Fusion initiative: Pablo Serra Marino of Chile, and Sandra Ramos and Pilar Rubí from Cuba. Clevelanders will surely find this work of global perspectives to be quite an eye-opener.
